-	My unit is not powering on.
If your HD Zoom radio does not power ON, check the power cable for proper connection and polarity. You may also check the power cable’s in-line fuse to be sure is has not blown and that the ignition key is in the ON position.
-	I'm experiencing poor reception.
If you are experiencing poor reception, check the antenna connectors for full insertion seating. If your antenna In and Out cables are reversed, you will not have proper reception. Verify the cables are going to the proper socket on the Component Tuner Box. Also, if the RF Modulator is set to a frequency that has nearby FM station interference, move RF Modulator frequency to a spot on the FM band that has no nearby station and tune the in-dash radio to the same frequency.
-	I am not getting any audio.
If you cannot hear any sound, the audio cables may not be connected properly. Verify the audio cable connection is proper and secure. If the RF Modulator is not ON or set to a wrong frequency, you will not have sound. Verify that the RF modulator is ON and set to a frequency that matches the car radio receiver.
-	I sometimes loose the HD mode on an AM HD station.
Many of the AM HD stations stop broadcasting at sunset and normally resume at sunrise. You could experience a loss of HD mode on AM HD radio stations during this time. This will vary by location and broadcaster. Suggest that you contact the station in question and check with them on their broadcast hours.
