My unit is not powering on. |
If your HD Jump radio does not power ON, the radio may not be seated properly in the cradle. Remove the radio and re-seat in the cradle, ensuring the radio has been properly seated.
Check to be sure that the power cable is fully seated in the back of the Home Cradle and that the plug is inserted into the wall electrical outlet. Also check the fuse or circuit breaker in the home to be sure it is providing current to the electrical outlet being used. |

I'm experiencing poor reception. |
If you are experiencing poor reception, check the antenna connectors for full insertion seating.
Antenna orientation may not be optimum…try moving the AM and FM antennas to achieve best reception. |

I am not getting any audio. |
If you cannot hear any sound, the audio cables may not be connected properly. Verify the audio cable connection is proper and secure.
When using the Audio Out jack be sure the Line Out Level is not set too low... adjust the setting by using the knob to choose High, Medium, or Low then press the knob to select.
In the event you are trying to listen to an Auxiliary device, you may attempt to increase the volume of the auxiliary device connected to the Home Cradle's auxiliary input until good audio quality is obtained.
Be sure that the volume level is set at an optimum level on the receiver/amplifier that is providing the audio. |

I have my auxiliary device connected to the AUX connection and have poor sound quality. |
| If you are using the auxiliary connection and have poor audio quality, the device connected to the auxiliary input has its volume level set too high. Simply reduce the volume of the device connected to the auxiliary input until good audio quality is obtained. |

I sometimes loose the HD mode on an AM HD station. |
| Many of the AM HD stations stop broadcasting at sunset and normally resume at sunrise. You could experience a loss of HD mode on AM HD radio stations during this time. This will vary by location and broadcaster. Suggest that you contact the station in question and check with them on their broadcast hours. |
